Day 1: Arrival to Riga. Departure to historical town Cesis with en route stop in Ligatne and Krimulda Castle
Upon arrival in Riga, a short leisure time in the city for a coffee break or lunch. Departure to Cesis with en-route stop at Ligatne for a visit to the Soviet bunker. The bunker was built during the Cold War and was meant to preserve Latvian Soviet nomenclature in case of nuclear assault from the USA. Enjoy a thrilling walk in dark corridors, see the rooms where the Soviet elite was planning to hide, and see the services they were supposed to get.
Continue the ride to Krimulda Manor, where you will visit a local winery to taste delicious Latvian wine made from local fruits and berries. Overnight in Cesis.
Day 2: Morning tour of Cesis. Departure to Kuldiga with en route stop in Jurmala resort town and Jaunpils Castle
A morning tour around the heart of Vidzeme province, a beautiful medieval Hanseatic town Cesis, including a stroll through narrow streets leading to the 13th century Order of Knight's Castle and the Church of St. John. This morning begins with a visit to the local History Museum in the New Palace and a walk in the Palace Park.
Leave Cesis for Kuldiga, with an en-route stop at the resort town Jurmala, where you will have a chance to see the charming wooden summer cottages, decorated with fascinating carvings dating back to the 1900s and successfully harmonizing with the more recently built cottages and Spa health centers.
Continue the ride for a visit to Livonian Order Jaunpils Castle built in 1301, breathing the aura of the Medieval times. Enjoy the tour around the castle and Lutheran Church built in 1591, and a Medieval-style dinner after it. Overnight in Kuldiga
Day 3: Morning tour of Kuldiga. Departure to Palanga with en route stops in Zemaiciu Kalvarija & Plokstine Soviet missile base

The town is famous for the Ventas Rumba, the 2nd widest waterfall in Europe. Take a chance to taste local delicacies or snacks like Sklandrausis, which is a traditional carrot-and-potato pastry.
Departure to Palanga, Lithuania resort by the seacoast, with an en-route stop in Zemaiciu Kalvarija (Samogitian Calvary), known for its amazing nature and spirituality of the place. Lunch features traditional Samogitian dishes, which differ from other Lithuanian regions.
At Plokstine missile base/Cold war museum, you will be able to visit the underground and the missile silos nuclear labyrinth, as well as to know more about the Cold War period, propaganda strategies, consequences of the explosions, and the life in the military base. Overnight in Palanga.
Day 4: Tour in Palanga and amber hunt in Karkle. Transfer to Pakruojis Manor
Morning tour of Palanga includes a visit to the Amber Museum housed in the former mansion of Count Tyszkiewicz and surrounded by an elegant park created by the French arborist Eduard Andre. There you will find over 4,500 pieces of amber on display, learn about the formation, processing, practical use, and structural variations of amber.
An afternoon tour will take you to an unforgettable experience in Karkle – Amber Hunt, during which amber catching and picking secrets will be disclosed to you. Your efforts may be rewarded with a piece of Baltic gold – Amber.
Leave Palanga for an overnight stay at Pakruojis Manor. Join a special program introducing the ancient brewing processes (for groups only) as well as tasting local pure beer and spirits (for groups and individual travelers). Day 5: Morning tour in Pakruojis Manor and transfer to Riga
